Dr. Sweeton is a holder of the PSYPACT Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology, which allows her to provide forensic psychological evaluations remotely online by telehealth across 42 States.

The fee for forensic evaluations is $450/hour. Depositions are invoiced at $800/hour, with a minimum of three hours. Testimony is invoiced at $8,000/day, charged by the day, plus travel expenses.
