Clinical Services

I maintain a selective clinical practice focused on trauma-related conditions, complex presentations, and cases where depth, integration, and clinical judgment are essential. Clinical work is approached thoughtfully and deliberately, with attention to fit, scope, and the nature of the presenting concerns.

Scope of Clinical Work

Clinical services focus on the assessment and treatment of trauma, PTSD, and related conditions, including complex trauma (C-PTSD), developmental trauma, dissociation, anxiety, and trauma- or stressor-related disorders. Many individuals who reach out have already tried prior treatment and are seeking a deeper, efficient, more integrative approach.

Work is informed by contemporary neuroscience and evidence-based/evidence-informed treatment models, with emphasis on clinical formulation rather than protocol-driven care alone.

Treatment Approach

Clinical work draws from multiple evidence-informed trauma therapies, including EMDR, EMDR 2.0, EMDR 3.0: Neural Desensitization and Integration Training, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Brainspotting, among others. My work is individualized and client-centered, and is guided by clinical judgment, readiness, and pacing rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol. The focus is on meaningful change at the level of memory, emotional response, relationships, and lived experience, not symptom management alone.

Structure, Fees, and Availability

Clinical services are offered on a limited basis and include individual psychotherapy, assessment, consultation, and/or time-limited treatment focused on specific goals. Intakes (85 minutes) are $500; psychotherapy sessions (55 minutes) are $350.

Services are provided on a private-pay basis, and insurance is not accepted; however, a superbill may be provided for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement. I am authorized to provide telepsychology services to clients located in 42 participating states nationwide, through PSYPACT, in addition to offering in-person services in the state of Missouri.
